This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between CCLIO LLC, a California company, and the user ("User" or "you"). This Agreement governs your use of a CCLIO.CO account and any related services provided by CCLIO LLC (collectively referred to as the "Service").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Service.

2. Privacy and Data Security
a. Data Collection and Usage: Your use of the Service may involve the collection, processing, and storage of personal information. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, outlines how we handle your data, including the types of information collected, purposes of processing, and your rights. By using the Service, you expressly consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

a. Ownership: The content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CCLIO LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
c. Uploaded Documentation: All documentation uploaded to CCLIO.CO is considered the property of CCLIO LLC. By uploading documentation, you grant CCLIO LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, distribute, and display the documentation in connection with the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability
a. No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. CCLIO LLC does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
b. Limitation of Liability: CCLIO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination
a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or for maintenance purposes.

7. Governing Law
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California.

8. Changes to Terms
a. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
